MRP FORK AND SHOCK REBUILD:

Your suspension rebuild would include full disassembly of the suspension components, cleaning, polishing fork tubes and shock shafts, inspecting all wear parts, replacing wear parts, then reassembled with new parts and quality oil. At MRP we recommend having your suspension serviced every 20 hours or less to keep your suspension at the highest level of performance. If not serviced on a regular basis, internal parts will wear out quicker, and will also experience loss of damping.

Price includes oil, shims, nitrogen.

Seals, bushing, and springs are extra.

MRP will update any new settings from our R&D department at no extra charge in suspension components that have already been re-valved by MRP.

MRP FORK AND SHOCK OIL CHANGE:

Fork oil change includes removal of old fork oil. Replace with new oil, bleed, and set oil height in forks.

Shock oil change includes removal of shock oil. Replace with new oil, bleed air, and set nitrogen pressure.

MRP FORK AND SHOCK REVALVE

This is the top of the line service that MRP has to offer. Detailed information is gathered from our customer: rider weight, ability, type of riding, motocross, arena-cross, and/or off-road. We then utilize our database where we have compiled data from years of testing, and rider results. The proper valve setting and spring rates are then chosen. The purpose of this is to give you suspension that is plush on small bumps but becoming progressive as the suspension compresses into the stroke.

Your suspension is completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Fork tubes and shock shafts are polished. All worn parts are replaced. Then, the suspension components are assembled correctly with proper torque specs and quality suspension fluids.
